This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Reputed Contractors who have the following eligibility Criteria as mentioned below: a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the electro-mechanical works shall be five (05) years. b) The minimum specific experience as a PrimeContractor in electromechanical works of at least 01 (one) contract of similar nature(medical gas pipe line transmission system), successfully completed within the last five (05) years with a value of at least Tk. 25.00 Lac of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh. c) The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 80.00 Lac for within the last five (05) years. [Certificate of construction turn over should be on the basis of total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector]d) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 30.00Lac[Document submitted along with the Tender must be issued in between Publication date & Submission date of the Tender in specified standard PW3-7 format.]e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk 30.00 lac.f) The Tenderer must have up todate ABC/BC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board, up to date Income Tax clearance Certificate from the NBR with eTIN, 13 digit VAT Registration Certificate from the NBR, up to date valid Trade License.g) All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT,GCC,& Tender Data Sheet(TDS) & Tender Documents.
