Eligibility criteria:
(A) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the electro-mechanical works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years.
(B) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in electro-mechanical works under the public sector of at least 01 (one) contract(s) of similar nature work successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk.29.00 (Twenty Nine) lac.
(C) The required average annual construction turnover under the public sector shall be greater than Tk 27.00 ( Twenty Seven) lac over the last 05 ( five) financial years.
(D)The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid assets or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 37 (Thirty-seven) lac.
(E) The minimum tender capacity shall be: 25.00 ( Twenty Five ) Lac.
(F) Valid up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance, and BIN Certificate.
(G) Up-to-date ABC category contractor & Supervisory License issued by the Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh
All other conditions as mentioned in the e-TDS & PCC of the e-tender document must be fulfilled.
