Eligibility criteria:
A)Enlisted A1 or 1st Class category contractors/Firms of Education Engineering Dept and other Engineering dept who are registered in the National e- GP portal and who have paid renewal fee for the financial year OF 2023-24 will be eligible & also B)Tenderer who possed i)Up to date Valid Trade license ii) Up to date income TAX Certificate ii) Up to date VAT Registration Certificate. C)The Tenderer must have minimum liquid Asset/working capital of TK. 8.00 ( Eight lacs) lacs BDT of any schedule bank of Bangladesh within the period of tender Publication to tender submission date. In case of working capital a) For Bank balance i) supported by a balance sheet regarding balance in any day b) For credit Facilities i)Enclosed a credit sanctioned letter regarding Credit Number and Credit balance c)For Credit line/ Credit commitment i)Credit line/ commitment will be unconditional. D) The minimum Specific experience as supplier in supply of Goods of at least one (01) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 7.00 (Seven) lacs (N.B: Copy of work order & completion certificate must be submitted to support of fulfiling the requirement).from any Govt./Semi-Govt.or Autonomous Organization (successfully completed) years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date. E)The Contractor or Firms who have failed to complete their previous work in this Department in time i;e work in hand after passing due time is requested to not participate. in this tender.
