3. Tenderers who will have to submit 01(one) Kg of Sodium Hydorxide (NaOH) Flakes, 01(one) Liter of Sodium Hypochlorite (NaOCl) & 01(one) Liter of Hydrazine Hydrate (N2H4. H2O) sample of Chemicals with sealed condition for pre-testing to the following address before the dead line of the tender submission:

Special Terms and Conditions:
1. Sodium Hypochlorite (NaOCl) & Hydrazine Hydrate (N2H4. H2O) should be supplied in the sealed, new, thick and hard plastic Drums having capacity of 75 / 200 Kg and Sodium Hydorxide (NaOH) Flakes should be supplied in the Double Coated sealed, new, thick and hard plastic Bags having capacity of 50 Kg without changing their original labeling/Sealing /Packing and Drums/Bags are not returnable after using the Chemicals.
2. Every item of chemicals shall have to be qualified in the quality test carried out in the Central Laboratory of Barapukuria Thermal Power Plant.
3.The procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject all or any of the tenders without assigning any reason.
4.The procuring Entity reserves the right to take the final decision with respect to the tenders without assigning any reason.
