* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2166666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
1. Reputed Government approved contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in Construction works.
2. Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of building construction work including Civil, Sanitary works worth not less than Tk. Tk 17.00 Lakh [Seventeen lakh] only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years.
3.The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five) years amounting of Tk. 32.00 (Thirty Two) Lakh.
4.The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital/credit facilities/creditline of the tenderer shall be TK. 26.00 (Twenty Six) Lakh only, supported by Bank certificate against the name of the work in the form of PW2a-3 (Line of Credit) only. Bank statement should be counted 28 (Twenty
Eight) days before from the date of opening of tender.
5.Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate
6. Up-to dated ABC category contractory & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
7.All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
