Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 233333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 700000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 233333333 ~ 700000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) General Experience:
1) For Tenderer: A minimum of five (05) years of experience in the Supply of Electrical Goods/Equipment. In this regard, supply records, and certificates for the supply of that equipment shall have to be submitted by the tenderer, i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
2) For Manufacturer: A minimum of five (05) years of production record for goods similar to the proposed Safety Tools & PPE from the manufacturer's proposed factory, i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. In this regard, supply records in the manufacturer’s letterhead pad for Safety Tools & PPE have to be submitted, mentioning the contract references, delivery date, etc. The supply records shall be duly signed by the manufacturer.
(b) Specific Experience of the Tenderer:
The satisfactory completion of the supply of goods similar type to the proposed goods and/or minimum 11kV electrical test equipment of a minimum BDT 15,00,00,000.00 (Taka Fifteen Crore Only) under a maximum of 03 (Three) contracts in the last 10 (ten) years as prime contractor in a Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous/Public limited electricity company of Bangladesh, i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. In this regard, a copy of the contract agreement, and completion certificates mentioning the starting and completion of the contract shall have to be submitted. If the price mentioned in the price schedule is in a currency other than BDT, the converted price in BDT must be given with the documents.
