Eligibility criteria:
General Experience:
1) For Tenderer:
The Tenderer must have five (05) years of experience in the supply of electrical goods/equipment.
2) For Manufacturer:
The Manufacturer must have at least ten (10) years of manufacturing experience of similar type equipment.
Specific Experience:
1) For tenderer:
The Tenderer must have at least two contracts of supply, installation, testing & commissioning of similar nature to the proposed work that have been successfully completed within the last ten years of minimum BDT 10,00,00,000.00 (Taka Ten Crore) in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous/Public limited Electricity Company of Bangladesh/ IPP (each contract not less than 5 crores).

2) For Manufacturer:
a) Manufacturer’s Production capacity/Supply records-
The Manufacturer must have the minimum successful supply records of five (5) nos. of de-centralized/distributed busbar protection system in the grid network of employer’s country at a voltage level of 132kV or above over the last ten (10) years.
b) The following information must be provided-
Evidence from end-users for satisfactory supply, installation, testing & commissioning of similar type equipment for a minimum of three (3) years in the employer’s country over the last ten (10) years.
