Brief Description of Package: Supply of manpower (including Accommodation, Safety Gears, Food and Transportation) and Heavy Equipment for Major Overhaul Inspection (MI) of Gas Turbine and Steam Turbine of Bheramara 410 MW CCPP.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 20000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 60000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20000000 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The Minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be Five (05) Years.
(A) The minimum specific experience in supplying manpower for Overhauling works in Gas Turbine (Major Inspection/ Turbine Inspection/ Combustor Inspection/ Hot Gas Path Inspection or equivalent) with Nominal Capacity not less than 100 MW (Single Unit) and Overhauling works (Major Inspection/ Minor Inspection/ Valve Inspection or equivalent) in Steam Turbine with Nominal Capacity not less than 75 MW (Single Unit) successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 1,40,000,00.00/- (One Crore forty Lakh) under maximum 02 (Two) contracts.
But a completed work with a value less than equivalent Tk. 25,00000.00/- (Twenty-five Lakh) shall not be considered for evaluation. Supporting documents (End User Certificate/Work Completion Certificate) must be submitted.
N.B.: years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
(B) Tenderer can participate on the basis of experience, resource / specialized manpower deployment and technology transfer forming Joint Venture, Consortium or Associations (JVCA). In that case:
(i) Tenderer must submit an agreement on a non-judicial stamp of value Tk. 300 (Three Hundred) duly signed by all partners of the JVCA.
(ii) Cumulative Specific Experience of All the partners will be considered during evaluation.
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 2,00,00,000.00/- (Two Crore).
Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit must be submitted in the form PW3-7.
In Bank Solvency document, the amount of liquid asset must be specifically mentioned and document should not be older than 45 days. In case of credit line facility, the tender identification number and name must be mentioned.
C. Tenderer should follow the uploded PCC in the form 8.
