Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 10666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 32000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 10666666 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 (ten) years of overall experience in supplying goods and related services.
The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 5 (Five) numbers supply contract of goods and related services within last 3 (Three) years in any Govt./semi Govt./Autonomous bodies in Bangladesh. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System/Newspaper.
The satisfactory completion of supply of similar related Goods and Services of minimum BDT 80 (Eighty) Lac under 02 (two) contracts in the last 3 (Three) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System/Newspaper.
The tenderer shall be submitted manufacturer/Distributor/Agent Certificated.
Tenderers should see the sample from PE Office.
Tenderers must need to submit each product sample to PE Office, Engineering Department, Medical Bhaban, National University, Gazipur and collect approval letter from PE and submit in e-GP system. (Failure to submission will lead the Tenderer become non-responsive).
The tenderer shall have minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk. 1 (One) Crore. Letter of commitment from Bank’s Undertaking for line of credit should be in the format as specified in the tender form. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
Tenderers are requested to upload the scanned copy (colored) of original documents.
Having up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Three years audit report, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.
Others eligibility criteria as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & Others part of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
