* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6100000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 18300000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6100000 ~ 18300000.

Eligibility criteria:
"1. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the supply of water treatment plant laboratory instruments, reagents and solutions.
2. The satisfactory completion of instruments, reagents and solutions in Government/Semi-government/Autonomous/large power plant amounting not less than BDT 50,00,000.00 (Fifty Lac Taka) in single contract and not less than BDT 70,00,000.00 (Seventy Lac Taka) in double contract within last 1 years .
3. Tenderer shall submit End-User Certificate(s) of successful supply.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT 1,00,00,000.00 (One Crore).
5. The Tenderer shall submit copies of valid and updated National ID Card, Trade License, Income Tax Certificates and e-VAT/VAT Registration Certificate"
