Eligibility criteria:
This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all eligible supplier/distributor/manufacturer registered in e-gp system meeting the following criteria:
a) A satisfactory completion of similar nature work of at least Tk. 2,50,000 (Two lac Fifty Thousand Taka) under a single contract within last 05 (Five) years(*) shall be required of this tender under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies.
b) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 2,50,000 (Two Lac Fifty Thousand Taka) over the last 5(five) years(*). Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with Tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
c) Liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of minimum Tk. 4,00,000 (Four Lac Taka). In case of the Letter of Commitment for Banks Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW2a-3) of Tender and Contract Forms shall be submitted.
d) Up to date ABC/BC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
e) Up to date Income tax clearance certificate from the NBR with TIN.
f) Up to date VAT Registration certificate.
g) Up to date valid Trade license.
h) Others qualification stated in Tender Data Sheet (TDS)
i) PPR 2008 and PPA 2006 shall be followed
* Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper
