* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 333333 ~ 1000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be Three (3) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk. Two point five zero (2.50) Lakh. Tenderers must submit completion certificate supporting to specific work experience.
3.The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk Three point five zero (3.50) Lakh in the form of e-PG2-7.
4. Up to date Trade License and pwd License
5. Up to date TIN Certificate and Income Tax Assessment Year shall be 2023-2024.
6. BIN/VAT Certificate
7. Sample must be approved by Procuring Entity before supply of goods.If price quotation
is inappropriate to the estimated rate, PE can take clarification from the tenderer.
N.B. PE reserves right to cancel the tender any time without any reason.
