Eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed Contractors/ Construction/ Supply, Installation and commissioning firms who have a minimum of five (5) years of general experience in construction works.
b) The minimum specific experience as a prime,or sub-contractor or management Contractor in Construction of Medical Waste Treatment Plant at least 1(one)single Contract with a value of at least BDT 295.00(Two hundred and ninety five)lakh successfully completed within the last 3(three) years in any Goverment /Autonomous/ Private organizations of Bangladesh. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-Gp portal)
c) The minimum running Medical Waste Treatment Plant is 01 (One) no. for the last 03(Three) years; capacity not less than 50 kg/hour.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the supplier shall be BDT 340.00 (Three hundred and forty )lakh in the form of e-PW3.
e) The tenderer must possess i) Up-to-date income tax paid clearance certificate, ii) Valid VATregistration certificate & VATpayment certificate, iii) Up-to-date trade license, iv) Up-to-date ABC Category Contractorand supervisory license from electricity licensing board, Government of Bangladesh.
f) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in the tender data sheet(TDS) of tender documents.
g) Special Terms & Conditions for this works must be followed by the tenderer as described in the respective section of the Tender documents
h) Minimum 60 out of 100 Score to be obtained to be technically qualified as stated TenderData Sheet.
