Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4500000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (One) Contract of 1 (one) Building Construction work completed within the last 5 (Five) years in Public Sector of Bangladesh, of a value of at least Tk 11.00 Lac.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 12.00 Lac. over the last 5 (Five) years in Public Sector of Bangladesh.
(d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 8.00 Lac. Document of Liquid Assets submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be Submit letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favor of the work in the form PW2a-8 otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.
(e) Minimum Tender capacity shall be 10.00 Lakh.
(f) Only Payment Certificate will be considered for calculation of Average Annual Construction Turnover
(g) ) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, eVAT Registration and all necessary documents.
