Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2166666 ~ 6500000.

Eligibility criteria:
"1. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the supply of Calcium Hypo Chlorite/Chlorine/ Sodium Hypo Chlorite.
2. The satisfactory completion of supply Calcium Hypo Chlorite/Chlorine/ Sodium Hypo Chlorite in any Government/Semi-government/Autonomous/Large Power plant amounting not less than BDT 20,00,000.00 (Twenty Lac Taka) in single contract and BDT 25,00,000.00 (Twenty Five Lac Taka) for consecutive 24 months in the last 24 (Twenty-Four) months from the date of publishing of IFT in the e-GP.
3. Tenderer shall submit End-User Certificate(s) (in the letterhead pad of the employer duly signed and sealed by the employer along with contact details & phone number of the employer) in support of the experience clearly mentioning the contract value, amount received under the contract, description of the supplying chemicals (Calcium Hypochlorite/ Sodium Hypochlorite/ Chlorine), contract date and completion date.
     4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT 30,00,000.00 (Thirty Lac Taka).
5. The Tenderer shall submit copies of valid and updated National ID Card (of authorized signatory), Trade License, Income Tax Certificates and e-VAT/VAT Registration Certificate [Ref.: ITT 22.1 of e-TD]."
