* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1000000 ~ 3000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Payment of work will be made on available of budget & fund release. For this no Claim/interest of Delaying of Payment will be entertain.
2. The work of the package may be totally dropped, decreased or increased as per field condition/design for which no claim will be entertained for cancellation of the tender/Issuance of work order.
3. Continuation of work could not be hampered for the reason of insufficient Budget Provision & Fund Allocation. The work must be completed within the stipulated time failure of which action will be taken as per Tender Clause & PPR-2008.
4. Quantity of work may extremely increase or decrease.
5.Supplying at all kinds of site materials for plantation of trees, as per direction of Engineer in charge. the bidder will do this at his own cost and arrangement. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
6.Tree plantation including guarding must be protection upto 6 months. If any trees damage than it must be replaced by new trees, the bidder will do this at his own cost and arrangement. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard. .
