Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1433333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4300000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1433333 ~ 4300000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The tenderer shall submit updated trade license, updated tax return certificate and VAT registration certificate.
2. Tenderer must have 3 years of general experiences of works.
3. Tenderer must have 2 years of experiences in carrying, handling, solution preparation & application of corrosive, poisonous and hazardous chemicals like Hydrochloric Acid, Sodium Hydroxide, PAC. Ammonium Hydroxide, Hydrazine Hydrade, Trisodium Phosphate in different point of any Power Plant.
4. Tenderer should have at least two work completion certificate of similar works of contract value above 10,00,000.00 (Ten lakh) BDT under a single contract from any govt. or autonomous organization.
5. Tenderer should have average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk 12,00,000 over the last 3 (three) years.
6. Tenderer should have The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit line from any scheduled bank net of other contractual commitment is BDT 10,00,000.00 (Ten lac only)
7. Tenderer should have minimum tender capacity of 1200000 BDT
8. Providing Chemical safety equipment, PPE and proper training of worker for this perticular work must be ensured by Tenderer.
