* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 20000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 60000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20000001 ~ 60000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 05 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
2. The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least 01 (one) contract of similar nature successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 150 Lakh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 140 Lakh over the last 05 (Five) years. Payment certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 75 Lakh.
5. The minimum capacity shall be: Tk. 170 Lakh.
6. The intending tenderers must enclose up-to-date Trade License, TIN certificate, VAT Registration certificate, ABC and Electrical Supervisory License from Office of the Chief Electric Inspector.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
