Eligibility criteria:
All valid tenderer as per PPA-2006 & PPR-2008
All Eligible Tenderer(s) who have 05 (Five) years of work experience in the relevant field. (Tenderer will ensure that there is no blacklisted record within 05 (Five) years).
The tenderer must have OMR Machine Facilities and Two Color Web-offset Printing machine with inline automatic dye perforation machine automatic number printing machine, QR Code Printing machine and automatic sheet cutter (All these steps must be done automatically in same line and same time of Production).
Tenderers are requested to upload the scanned copy (colored) of original documents
The tenderer shall have minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk. 85 (Eighty-five) Crore. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
Having up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Three years audit report, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.
Others eligibility criteria as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & Others part of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
