Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 years of experience in
chemical supply.
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of sulfuric acid
chemicals in any large Goverment/Semi-goverment power plant
amounting not less than BDT 2,80,00,000.00 ( Two Crore
Eighty Lakh Taka) within last 36 (Thirty-six) months from the
date of publication of this tender.
3. Tenderer shall submit End-User Certificate(s) of successful
supply. Purchase order or similar documents shall not be
counted.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or
credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk.
2,80,00,000.00 ( Two Crore Eighty Lakh Taka).
5. The Tenderer shall submit copies of valid and updated
National ID Card, Trade License, Income Tax
Certificates/Acknowledgement and e-VAT/VAT Registration
