Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 140000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 420000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 140000000 ~ 420000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Reputed Contactors/Construction firms with general experience in Civil works for min. 5 (Five) years.
2. Successfully completed at least 1 (One) construction work with similar nature and complexity under any Govt./semi Govt./Autonomous Body of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years (counted from the date of IFT) amounting at least Tk. 10.00 (Ten ) Crore as Prime Contractor / Subcontractor / Management Contractor.
3. For works done under PWD, the certifying authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. For works done under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Body the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer & the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
4. Min. avg. annual construction turnover of TK 24.00 (Twenty Four ) Crore supported by payment certificates during last Five (05) years.
5. Minimum Liquid assets/credit facility of Tk 6.00 (Six) Crore. Adequacy of minimum liquid assets substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh as specified in the format (in tender document), without any alteration, issued not earlier than twenty-eight days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender.
6. Minimum Tender Capacity of 12.00 (Twelve) Crore.
7. The Tenderer must enclose with tender valid VAT Registration certificate, TIN/Tax Clearance certificate and updated Trade license.
8. Evaluation will be conducted according to the latest PPR rules and its amendments and Tenderers are expected to submit their rates/documents accordingly.
9. Contractor must maintain pro-rata progress of work as mentioned in Section 8. Failure to do so may result in termination of contract.
