Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following documents:
1. Valid Trade License for 2021-2022
2. VAT Registration Certificate/BIN
3. Income Tax Clearence Certificate for the tax year 2020-2021 and TIN Certificate (2021-2022)
4. The acknowledgement copy of the income year 2021-2022 as proven.
5. A satisfactory completion of Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a Coal Fired boiler and others related works of at least Tk 50,00,000.00 under Single of contract(s) over a period of 3 years shall be required. counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
6. The required average annual wroks turnover shall be greater than Tk 70,00,000.00 over the last 5 years.counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
7. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 70 (Seventy lakh). This certificate must be issued after publication of IFT in the e-GP.
8. Documnets showing that the tenderer is an ennolled/enlisted supplier/ indentor from the office of chief Boiler Inspector.
