Eligibility criteria:
Reputed Contactors/Construction firms with general experience in Civil works for minimum 5 (Five) years.
Successfully completed at least 1 (One) construction work with similar nature of Building construction works with interior works and completed under any Govt./semi Govt./Autonomous Body of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years (counted from the date of IFT) amounting at least Tk. 6.50 (Six point five zero) Crore including Interior Decoration work amounting at least Tk 1.20 (One point two zero) Crore as Prime Contractor / Subcontractor / Management Contractor.
For works done under PWD, the certifying authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. For works done under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Body the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer & the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
Minimum average annual construction turnover of TK 25 (Twenty five) Crore supported by payment certificates during last Five years.
Minimum Liquid assets/credit facility of Tk. 5 (Five) Crore.
Minimum Tender Capacity of 6.0 (Six) Crore.
The Tenderer must enclose with tender valid VAT Registration certificate, TIN/Tax Clearance certificate and updated Trade license.
Contractor must maintain pro-rata progress of work as mentioned in Section 8. Failure to do so may result in termination of contract.
