Eligibility criteria:
Tenderers must have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law and in support of their qualification, the tenderer must submit the following documents with their e-tender:
1. Valid Trade License for FY 2021-2022;
2. Valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate for tax year 2021-2022;
3. VAT Registration Certificate;
4. Manufaturer's Authorization Certificate;
5. Manufacturer’s Warranty Certificate;
6. Certificate of Incorporation;
7. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of specific experience in the supply of similar goods or related services;
8. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 36,00,000.00 (Thirty Six Lac only)). The liquid asset certificate must be issued after the publication date of IFT in the e-GP System;
Without one of these, the tender may be considered non–responsive.
