Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law. In support of their eligibility; the Tenderer shall submit copies of the latest relevant documents:
1. Valid Trade License for FY 2025–2026.
2. Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) certificate and Income Tax Clearance/Return Certificate for Assessment Year 2024–2025/2025–2026.
3. Valid VAT Registration Certificate (BIN).
4. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of three (3) years of general experience in the supply of goods or related services.
5. The Tenderer shall submit experience certificates demonstrating prior experience in supplying goods/spare parts related to boiler.
6. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities shall be BDT 36,00,000.00 (Thirty-Six Lakh Taka only). This certification must be issued after the publication date of the Invitation for Tender (IFT).
