* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 19000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6333333 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible Tenders as mentioned below: The Tenderer shall have
a) A minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience in the supply of Lift and Generator and related services.
b) The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of Lift and Generator and related services (Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Llift and Generator) of at least 1 contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 57.00 lac for each lot under any Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous body/Private Organization in Bangladesh.
i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concern Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of work done under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous body/ Private Organization in Bangladesh other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be the Officer of the Organization (not below the rank of Executive Engineer) and the same should be duly authenticated by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that area under whose jurisdiction the work has been executed (FORM-A).
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 38.00 Lac.
d) Valid Trade License
e) TIN Certificate
f) VAT Certificate
g) ABC class contractor and supervisory license provided by the electric licensing board
h) Up to date income tax clearance certificate .
i) Must Submit Manufacture Authorization.
j) Must Submit All Test Report.
k) Must Submit Catalouge.
Necessary supporting documents must be submitted along with the Tender.
