Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 25000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 8333333 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall have a minimum of two (2) years of general experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum BDT 50 Lac (Taka Fifty Lac only) within the last 2 (two) years under maximum 2 (two) contracts.
[Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the eGP System].
 
The Tenderer shall have minimum BDT 80 Lac (Taka Eighty Lac only) amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments at the time of Tender submission. (In case of credit facility, Bank shall mention name of Procuring entity and tender name.)
 
The Tenderer shall submit documentary evidence (i.e. end user certificates) in support of the above requirements.
 
The Tenderer shall submit copies of valid and updated National ID Card (of authorized signatory), Trade License, Income Tax Certificate and e-VAT/ VAT Registration Certificate (having 13-digit e-BIN) [Ref.: ITT 22.1 of e-TD].
 
The Tenderer shall comply with all the other requirements as mentioned in the Section-1: Instructions to the Tenderers (ITT) of the e-Tender Document (e-TD). [For detailed requirements, the Tenderers are requested to refer to the e-TD]
