Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer must submit NID, TIN Certificate, Valid income Tax Certificate, Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate.
2. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) Years of General experience in the completion of similar kinds of works.
3. The Tenderer shall have Specific Experience as a contractor of supplying / Installing of Intake Water Pump/Circulating Water Pump to any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous/Private Organization of at least 11 lakh BDT (Eleven Lakh) under a maximum 2 (Two) contracts within the last 5 (Five) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 11 (Eleven) Lac. (Bank Solvency Certificate).
5. Annual Turn-over is at least 11,00,000.00(Eleven Lac) taka only for the last 3 years.
6. The bidder should have his own BSIC enlisted workshop. A certificate of BSIC enlistment has to be submitted along with the tender.
7. Tenderer shall have his own Workshop which will be visited if necessary.
8. Tenderer must fill-up the Technical Specifications and Compliance sheet.
9. Any additional items required for installation, commissioning, and electrical works of the Raw water pump-motor to be supplied by the contractor.
