Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer must have the following criteria-
a) The tenderer shall have all legal documents such as Updated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance certificate or Acknowledgement of Income Tax Return slip, VAT Registration Certificate etc.
b) The tenderer shall have experience, financial solvency and fulfillment of the technical specification & other criteria as required and stated in the Tender Data Sheet.
c) The Contractor must submit the site visit report to assure proper competency with the existing system providing necessary information and drawings.
d) The Contractor must submit declaration of 12(Twelve) Months of warranty which will be counted from the day of commisioning.
e) The Tenderer must be a first class contractor & have ISO certified repair,maintenance workshop. Tenderer shall have to submit supporting paper as a proof of workshop ownership.
