Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall have ten (10) years of experience in providing IT Enabled services to Govt. /Semi Govt. /Autonomous organization/ UGC Approved University including expertise in managing email, web, domain, email security services, Spam and hosting services
The Tenderer shall be a Valid Google Workspace for Education partnership agreement.
The Tenderer shall have five (05) years of experience in Setup and Implementation of Google Workspace for Education cloud-based system. Minimum five (05) Google Workspace setup & implementation certified engineers.
The Tenderer shall have Successful implementation experience of Google Workspace for Education at least ten (10) educational institutions including at least two (02) public universities in Bangladesh also Experience in conducting training on Google Workspace for Education at least one (01) public university in Bangladesh.
The tenderer shall have Experience in serving IT enabled services to more than 100 zonal offices of any top level government entity in Bangladesh.
The Tenderer shall have Experience in setup and implementation of Google Workspace for Education to .ac.bd and .edu.bd domains
The Tenderer shall have Proven history of money transfer to Google through Bangladesh Bank defined guidelines for overseas payments.
The Tenderer shall have 10 (ten) years of experiences in operating 24/7 support center
The tenderer shall be submit valid ISO 9001-2015 Certificate.
The tenderer shall be technical specification compliance sheet along with reference datasheet. (Attached to Section-6, Drawings section).
Must provide company profile and list & CV of Technical personnel.
Others eligibility criteria as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & Others part of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
