Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 17500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5833333 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer shall have a minimum of three years of General experience in the supply of Tools and related services. 2.The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods (tools, spare parts, machineries, related to power sector) in any large organization of minimum BDT 70,00,000.00/- (Seventy Lac) under a maximum of 02 (Two) contracts within last 05 (Five) Years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Any Contract below 40,00,000.00/- (Forty Lac) will not be considered for evaluation.
3. Tenderer shall submit End-User Certificate(s) (in the letter head pad of the employer duly signed and sealed by the employer in letter head along with contact details & phone number of the employer) in support of the experience clearly mentioning the contract value, amount received under the contract, description of the supplying goods, contract date and completion date. If the End-User Certificate is not verifiable and pricing information is found incorrect, it may lead to rejection of that particular offer.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 65,00,000/- (Taka Sixty Five Lac only).
Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit must be submitted in the form PG3-8.In Bank Solvency document, the amount of liquid asset must be specifically mentioned and document should not be older than 45 days. In case of credit facility Bank shall mention name of Procuring entity and tender name. The Tenderer shall submit documents as evidence of the above requirements.
5. The Tenderer shall submit copies of National ID Card, valid and updated Trade License, Income Tax Certificates/Acknowledgement and e-VAT/VAT Registration Certificate
