Eligibility criteria:

ii. Income Tax Clearance Certificate for 2020-2021 (Including TIN No.)
iii. Bank Solvency Certificate in original clearly specifying that the tenderer has capability to supply the tendered goods on a date within selling bid document & dropping date;
iv. VAT Registration certificate;
Bonafied suppliers/ enlisted contractor of Govt. Semi-Govt and Autonomous Bodies. The Tenderer who has experience for supplying the same goods to Govt. Semi-Govt. and Autonomous Bodies will get preference.
1. The Tenderer must have at least 5 years experience in supplying goods and related service of installing online UPS, AC, electric work and general civil works to government/semi government agencies/financial institute.
2. The Tenderer must have successfully completed at least 2 numbers supply contract of similar goods and related service within last 5 years.
3. The minimum price in supplying of similar goods is Tk. 30 lac under maximum 2 contracts in last 5 years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk 50 lac.
