Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1033333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3100000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1033333 ~ 3100000.
Eligibility criteria:
i. Tenderer should have valid Trade license, VAT certificate,Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN certificate etc
ii. Bank Solvency Certificate in original clearly specifying that the tenderer has capability to supply the tendered goods on a date within selling bid document & dropping date;
iiii. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services (Company formation documents indicating date of formation or documents of starting the business for the evidence to be submitted).
iv.Company Profile including list of machine, manpower & permanent/local address. others
vi. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum BDT 30,00,000.00 (Taka 30 (Thirty) Lac only) under a single contract in the last 3 (Years) of years in any education board or public university or any other relevent govt. offices.. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
vii. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Minimum Tk. 50 (Fifty) Lac (Attach supporting document/Audit report). Experience certificate, Work order & also which turnover amount must be mentioned in companies tax audit report certified by National Board of Revenue.
viii. Joint venture work is not acceptable.
Special Instruction:
In case of credit line, Specific Format which is attached in Section: 6 (drawing), must be used. etc
are to be inclusive with the quoted rate mentioned in Price and Delivery Schedule for Goods (Form e-PG3-3A). Hence, quotation for
related services must not be required separately. However, only for system requirement, you are requested to quote in Form
e-PG3-3B unit price, for example 0.001. Once it is quoted, which will not be considered in total quoted
