Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 9333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 28000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 9333333 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1.Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the TDS.
2.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years.
3.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction of at least 1(one) contract of similar nature works successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least BDT 80.00 Lacs in a single work order/tender in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh in standard work completion format attached in eTD.
4.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 450.00 Lacs in the last 5 years.
5.The minimum amount of liquid assets in the form of line of credit facilities as mentioned in ePW2(a)-3 shall be BDT 110.00 Lacs.
6. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be BDT 85.00 Lacs.
7.The Tenderer must submit with Tender:
a. Up-to-date Trade license & PWD license, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate,
b. Only payment certificates will be considered for calculation of Average Annual Construction Turnover.
c. The Tenderers must submit work completion certificates & contract agreement with of all completed and on-going works.
d. The Tenderer must submit a Work Program (Bar Chart)
