Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 400000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 400000 ~ 1200000.
Eligibility criteria:
1.All the tenderers must be registered with CPTU through e-GP Portal.
2.All individuals/ firms of Bangladesh who fulfill the qualification criteria as stated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) .
Special Instruction:
1. The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased depending on the project period and available fund as well. No claim or extra rate will be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work.
2. The Tenderers with own responsibility and expense will visit and examine the Site and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering into a Contract for performance of the works.
3. Tenderers must submit all required documents mentioned in tender datasheet. Failing to comply with the requirements, the tender will be rejected.
4. Tenderer must submit work completion certificates in supporting their annual construction turnover.
5. Liquid asset (credit commitment) certificate must be submitted in the prescribed format from BWDB/CPTU as attached in section 7 (General Specification).
6. Payment will be made after getting fund.
7. Rating matrix table must be filled-up with authentic information by the tenderer.
The contractor will take still pictures as well as video of the project at his own cost and submit the invoice(expenditures) with work bill.
