Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (five) years.
3. The minimum specific experience in successfully completion of similar nature of works of at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk.8.00 lakh
4.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.186.00 lakh in the last 5 (five) years.
5.The minimum amount of liquid assets shall be in the form of line of credit facilities as mentioned in ePW2(a)-3 of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 12.00 lakh
6. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk-9.00 lakh.
7. The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :
(i) Valid Trade License & VAT Registration Certificate
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate
(iv) Up-to date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
(v) Up-to date PWD license.
(vi) Work program in Bar Chart
(vii) Only Payment Certificate will be considered for calculation of Avg Annual Construction Turnover.
