* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 28333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 85000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 28333333 ~ 85000000.

Eligibility criteria:

1. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (five) years.
3. The minimum specific experience in successfully completion of similar nature of works of at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh in standard work completion format attached in eTD., each with a value of at least BDT 210.00 Lakh.
4.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 452.00 Lakh in the last 5 (five) years.
5.The minimum amount of liquid assets shall be in the form of line of credit facilities as mentioned in ePW3-7 of the Tenderer shall be BDT 80.00 Lakh.
6. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk 240.00 lakh.
7. The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :
(i) Valid Trade License & VAT Registration Certificate
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate
(iv) Up-to date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
(v) Work program in Bar Chart
(vi) Only Payment Certificate will be considered for calculation of Avg Annual Construction Turnover.
vii) Medical Gas working license from proper authority of GOB (if Applicable)
8.Special Terms and conditions (as uploaded in Section No-7) in mandatory for the tanderer.
