Eligibility criteria:
Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the
Applicable Law, in support of its qualification, shall be required to submit the certified
photocopy of the latest document. Related to:

1. Valid Trade License. (2021-2022)
2. Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Valid Income Tax Certificate. (2021-2022)
3. VAT Registration Certificate.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tendered shall be Tk 4,16,000.00 (Four lakh Sixteen thousand tk)
This certificate must be issued after the publication of IFT.
