Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2333333 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer shall have a minimum of Five (5) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services. 2. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods (Scaffolding Materials) in any large organization of minimum BDT 25,00,000.00/- (Twenty Five Lac) under a maximum of 02 (Two) contracts within last 03 (Three) Years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Any Contract below 5,00,000.00/- (Five Lac) will not be considered for evaluation.
3. Tenderer shall submit End-User Certificate(s) (in the letter head pad of the employer duly signed and sealed by the employer in letter head along with contact details & phone number of the employer) in support of the experience clearly mentioning the contract value, amount received under the contract, description of the supplying goods (must be similar kind of goods), contract date and completion date. Tenderer having the supply experience of not similar kind of goods shall not be considered as responsive for the supply of goods.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 25,00,000.00/- (Taka Twenty-Five Lac only).
5. The Tenderer shall submit copies of Valid and updated trade license, Updated VAT registration certificate (BIN), TIN Certificate, Income Tax certificate or Acknowledgement Receipt of Income Tax Return.
