Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2500000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1.Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the TDS.
2.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Deep tubewell works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.
3.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor of at least One (01) contract of similar nature i.e. 150mm or above dia Deep tubewell with supply of 7.5 HP pump motor set and ancillary Works successfully completed within the last 5 yrs, each with a value of at least BDT 21.00 Lacs in a single work order/tender in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
4.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 90.00 Lacs in the last 5 years.
5.The minimum amount of liquid assets shall be in the form of line of credit facilities as mentioned in ePW2(a)-3 of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 30.00 Lacs
6. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 22.00 Lacs.
7.The Tenderer must submit with Tender:
(i) Valid Trade License
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate
(iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate
(iv) Updated PWD license.
(v) Only Payment Certificate will be considered for calculation of Avg Annual Construction Turnover.
