Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 12500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 37500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 12500000 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers as per below-
a) Reputed Firm/organization/authorized agent who have min. 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works
b) Having experience in the successful completion of at least 1 no. of construction work of RCC frame structure Building amounting
to Tk.90.00 Lakh only in a single Tender during last 5 years
i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer
ii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD
c) The Tenderer must process:
i) Up to date valid Trade license, up to date income tax clearance certificate from NBR, up to date ABC license with supervisory
license & Valid VAT registration certificate from NBR
d) The Tenderer shall have a minimum annual average construction turnover of Tk.160.00 lakh only in the best 3 (three) years of last 5 (five) years . Payment Certificates for Contracts in Progress or Completed Under Public Sector Must be Submitted along with Tender in Support of Construction Turnover.
e) The minimum amount of liquid asset ie. working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk.50.00 (Fifty) Lakh only substantiated by any schedule Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form PW3-7), without alternation or addition, issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of original deadline for submission of Tenders (original copy only).
f) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk.110.00 Lakh only. The Tenderer must submit the Tender Capacity Calculation sheet as per formula and list of ongoing works in any public sector organization.
