During evaluation if the quoted rate by any tenderer is found more than 10% less/above than the Official Estimated price, then the respective tenderer will be revoked from the tender.
The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 10 Lakh (Must be submitted in the Form PW2a-3 from any scheduled bank, otherwise tender may be considered as non-responsive) (without addition or alteration)
