Brief Description of Package: Procurement of residential area water piping system maintenance work.

* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 1000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Valid Trade Licence,VAT, e-TIN certificate and return submission certificate.
2. Documentary evidence of the minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 5 years in any government / Semigovernment/ Autonomous organisation.
3. Documentary evidence of the minimum specific experience in similar works like water pipe system maintenance or plumbing works of at least 1 contract(s) successfully completed  within the last 5 years with a value of at least Tk. 300000 in any government / Semigovernment/ Autonomous organisation. 
4.  Documentary evidence of  the required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 250000 over the last 3 years.
5. Documentary evidence of the minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the  Tenderer shall be Tk 400000.
