Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer must submit TIN certificate, latest Tax return submission certificate, Valid income Tax Certificate, Trade License and VAT Registration Certificate.
2.The Tenderer shall have a minimum number of 05 (Five) years of general experience .
3. The Tenderer shall have construction related works experience in any government / Semigovernment/ Autonomous organisation or any powerplant of at least TK 3,00,000 (Three Lac BDT)  under maximum 1 (One) contracts within last 05 (Five) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK.3,00,000 (Three Lac BDT) .
5. The Tenderer must submit authorization letter from their valid firm to the specific person.
