Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 25950000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 77850000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 25950000 ~ 77850000.
Eligibility criteria:
(A) The Minimum Number of Years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the Construction Works/Supply and Installation Works of STP as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(Five) Years.
(B) The Minimum Experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Construction of Sewerage Treatment Plant of at least 2 (two) Single Contracts Successfully Completed within the last 05 (Five) Years with a Value of at least Tk. 1.56 (One Point Five Six) Crore in every Single Contract in any Government /Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization/Private Sector of Bangladesh. In case of Private Sector or other than PWD Works Experience, the Supplier/Contractor must Submit the Vetted Certificate by the Concerned PWD Executive Engineer.
(C) The Tenderers shall have a Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover During the Last 5 (Ffive) Financial Years of Tk. 1.00 (One) Crore. Payment Certificates for Contracts in Progress or Completed Under Public Sector/Private Sector Must be Submitted along with Tender in Support of Construction Turnover.
(D) The Minimum Amount of Credit Line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 1.20 (One Point Two Zero) Crore in the form PW3-7 (Failing to Submit in PW3-7 Form will Make the Tenderer Nonresponsive).Documents Submitted along with the Tender Must be Issued in between Publication Date and Submission Date of the Tender.
(E) The Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 2.25 (Two Point Two Five) Crore.To Calculate Tender Capacity, the Tenderer Must Submit the List of On-going Works Under any Public Sector Mentioning the Existing Commitment.
(F) In Marking Criteria of ITT Clause 25 of the TDS: The Tenderer Must be Scored 60 Out of 100 for being Technically Qualified.
(G) Other Notable Terms and Conditions are Pointed out at TDS and PCC that Must Need to Follow.
