Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 333333 ~ 1000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. A satisfactory completion of similar nature of Tree Plantation Works complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed at least Tk 2.5 Lac under 01 (One) of contract(s) over a period of 5 (Five) years shall be required.
2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 3.00 Lac over the last 5 (Five) years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 3.00 Lac For credit certificate from bank Tender ID No, specific pacakage/Lot No. addressed to the EE must be shown in the certificate and to be issued within 06-02-2022 to 22-02-2022.
4. The work of the package may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition.
5. Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
5. All tenderers are requested to fill the necessary forms accurately (especially e-PW3-5 (A) and e-PW3-5(B)) and the PE shall consider work completion certificates for the last 05 years from the IFT publication date only for calculation of general experiences, specific experiences, tender capacity and evaluation of the tenders.
6. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders/Proposals.
