Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 533333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1600000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 533333 ~ 1600000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer must be an Authorized Distributor/dealer or Agent of the goods (Fire Extinguisher) manufacturer.
2. Supplier having valid BSTI License with own factory/ refilling facility and minimum 10(ten) years of general experience.
3. Supplier must have Bangladesh Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (BCSIR) Invention Phosphate base Chemical valid Lease Document and submit the ABC Dry powder Chemical Test Report by BCSIR.
4. Must have a valid Trade license, Tax Identification Number (TIN), and VAT registration number.
5. Valid Licence of Fire Service and Civil Defense.
6. Valid Licence of BSCIC (If the supplier supplies the goods made in his Local factory/own factory)
7. Specific Experience: At least 01 (one) contract amounting to Tk. 7,00,000.00 (seven lakh) had been completed successfully supplying of similar goods in the last 05 (Five) years in government/ semi-government/ public or autonomous body/ state-owned organization/ Foreign agency work in Bangladesh.
8. .The Tenderer shall have the minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working
capital or Credit line(s), net, or other contractual is Tk.4,00,000.00 (Four Lac).
