Eligibility criteria:
i) The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of similar goods (e.g. laser type portable methane detector, portable/non-portable methane/gas detector, gas analyzer with other gas equipments/materials) as a prime contractor/sub-contractor/service provider/local agent in any government/semi-government/autonomous organization/under any foreign funded project of at least One (1) contract successfully completed within the last Five (5) years with a value of at least Tk. 40,00,000.00 (Forty Lac).
 
ii) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 45,00,000.00 (Forty-Five Lac).
