Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4000000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer shall submit updated Trade License, TIN Certificate and eVAT Registration Certificate.
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 03(three) years from the date of Publication of IFT which shall be supported by 1st Trade License.
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least 01(one) contract of similar nature successfully completed within the last 03(Three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 35,00,000.00(Thirty-Five Lac) .
4. Average Annual Turnover shall be greater than or equal to Taka 45,00,000.00 Forty-Five lac only in best 03(three) Years over last 05(Five) Years from the date of Publication of IFT which shall be supported by Audit Report.
5. Minimum amount of Liquid Asset or Working Capital (Last 6 months bank statement) or credit facility (mentioning the name of the work) of the Tenderer shall be greater than or equal to Taka 25,00,000.00 (Twenty Five Lac ] only.
6. The Tenderer shall submit Work Schedule in Bar Chart specifying duration for each task of this Construction Work.
7. NID and Authorization certificate should be submitted.
