Brief Description of Package: a) Short Code parking along with a Long Code by BTRC Licensed IPTSP organization

d) Call Center Solution installation and Custom CRM Configuration in dedicated server for PGCL
e) BTRC Short Code routing with all telecom operator (GP, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk etc.)
f) BTRC Short Code routing with PSTN operator (BTCL etc.)
g) IVR Recording & Integration
h) Collection of gas leakage information, customer complain, customer opinion and transfer to concerned PGCL personnel immediately
i) Supply of service related information to customer and other concerned persons as ordered by PGCL Authority.
j) Inbound & Outbound call details recording
k) Daily Call Record details with Caller ID, Caller Name, Active Agent Name, PGCL Concern Person's Name & Number, Date, Time, Call Duration, Call Type, & Conversation
l) Data archival of daily inbound & outbound calls
m) Active Agents for 24×7×365, Shared Supervisor, Workspace, Equipment, Utilities, Generator Back Up, Quality Control, HR & Administrative Support and Other Necessary Facilities
n) Monthly reporting on call details including conversation in CD/DVD
o) Details CDR of every 3 months in CD/DVD
p) Other works designed and instructed by Project Manager time to time.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 6500000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. A satisfactory completion of similar works (Major in Outsource based Call Center Service works) of at least BDT Fifteen Lac (15,00,000/-) under single contract over a period of last five (5) years.
2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT Four Lac Fifty Thousand (4,50,000/-) over the best three (3) years of last five (5) years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets must be submitted as credit facilities for this work which is not less than BDT One Lac Fifty Thousand (1,50,000/-) issued by any schedule bank of Bangladesh, issued not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of e-Tender.
